    I too don't have a quick reply.
At least you are slowly getting to the bottom of what is going on Rach.

Laurin - How Rylee today? Has she adapted to yet another (albiet only slightly different) timezone?

    Vix - Hello!!

Belle - I am at work 3 days so not on line as much any more. I have been keeping an eye out for you though on MSN.

Not much to report. I worked today. Had corporate induction "oh so exciting!! :P "

Not much else happening. Oh and SIL is really upset and says that we are trying to make her feel guilty for her not letting us stay with her any more. Not trying to make her feel guilty, just stating facts.
Anyway she has said that she will pay for our accom, I think that she expected us to say "no , thats alright." but we have said sure. So now she is paying!

ETA - We posted at the same time Shell. Try and catch an early night ( after desperate houswives !!!)

Aww Tonsillitis no fun, hope it clears quick Rach - and whoa on the dr's, that's great you got seen so quick.

Shell, it would be awesome if she could catch bub - though she pointed out with a waterbirth there's not much catching to be done, you're supposed to stay back and not touch bub cos you don't want to stimulate it to breathe or something? She would just grab it once it comes out and bring it to the surface, if anything.
That's if I have another waterbirth, but I reckon I'd love that, I was just so comfy in the water last time!
Definitely drink more mate, this hot weather is no good for dehydration!

Whoa at your SIL offering to pay for your accomm Meg, that's fantastic!! If she really wants you to come that bad, it sounds fair to me. I mean, sucks that she has to pay, but she shouldn't have offered if she wasn't genuine, so now she'll have to wear it. And secondly, she really should have considered that accomm is a massive cost on top of flying over and all that!
I'm glad that you're getting things sorted!

Hope you guys enjoyed your Desperate Housewives. Rans is watching Spiderman 3 - I'm not big on movies, they give me dreams. Though we watched the Agatha Christie movie on abc last night - I love Agatha Christie, and I'm getting Rans addicted too! It's great that we've got a player where you can record what you're watching and then pause if you need to pee or something - we were always pausing and giving our theories on what was happening - 'ooh pause! I reckon she's going to be next to die, cos she said this' 'noo, she can't die, because there's no motive, and anyway I reckon she's the killer'. That kind of thing.

    Hey all,

Rach - hugs to you, hope you get better quick.

Shell - I too have a massive headache, think it is this hot weather and general tiredness so hope you managed to sleep yours off.

Meg - Yay on your sil paying for accomm, accomm in London is hugely expensive so it would have put a big increase on your monies if you had to pay for it. Just ignore her if she tries to make you feel guilty.

Kell - I read in another thread about the play centre you went to and you couldn't give Jesse a biscuit - have you done anything more about it - sux that is for sure!!!

Okay, hope all your lovely ladies and bubs are doing well, I am looking forward to seeing DH, have to go out to the airport about 5 pm to pick him up, hope I don't cry when I see him, I am a big sook.

    Good Morning Everyone,
I hope everyone with the unwell bubbas are improving. Tiana seems to be getting over the cold but now I think teeth are moving down the bottom of her mouth. When does it end?

I am hoping today improves. It is only 6.30 and already I have had a cat jump on my face and scratch me and Tiana woke me up by standing on the side of my bed screaming and hitting me. All DH could say was 'thanks for making my lunch!' Sorry, just venting.

Ok, everyone have a wonderful day!

    Morning ladies!

Laurin.. yep thats right. Went to a play centre yesterday where they made me take a biscuit Jesse was eating off him and put all his food away as he is not allowed to eat it there, yet if he wanted something to eat i had to pay $1.20 to them for a biscuit!!!! Not only that but when i said how rediculous that was, i was told to go and experience life outside of the Hawkesbury! SO RUDE! And then later i found out the lady who actually said this to me what the owner!! Very shocking indeed. You would have thought the owner would have more respect for her customers! My girlfriend and are calling Fair Trading today to see if they are allowed to refuse us feeding our babies (because really they are still babies) there. A girlfriend last week was told she could not feed home cooked pureed baby food to her daugher. I just think its a bit rediculous.
I hope Rylee is starting to pick up and I hope you and your DH have a lovely evening together

Meg.. oh sweet your SIL is paying for your accomodation, and so she should! She shouldnt have offered in the first place if she didnt want you staying there, and to go and tell you you cant after you had already booked the flights, she deserves to feel guilty!

Vix.. good to hear from you and that everythings going well with you and Bailey!

Sorry just a quick stop in... have to go get dressed. Hope you have a great day!

I still can't post quick reply or go advanced, which is a bum, as I can never remember what was said in the posts above.

marni - Hope Tiana is feeling better.

Laurin - People are always having tearies at the airport, so don't worry about it.

Kell - I always take food, even though you are not mean to. If they question, I will just say J has serious food allergies and I have to be very strict on what he eat. Surely they can't say no to someone with a food allergy!! A lie I know, but for the cost ..................

Off to work now. DH has J for the day, and he is still in bed, so not only did I have to get myself ready, I also had to give J breakfast etc. He is such a lazy ar$e.

Meg- maybe J can be a little turd for DH today

Laurin- hope you had agreat time with hubby last night. so glad you are all back on aussie soil as a family together.

OK i have noticed something. Do some people have to be so me, me me??? (and by noe means am i saying this about everyone) there are some really great women here who try there hardest to include everyone.I mean I am sorry people have so much crap going on but really is it hard to say something to some one else once in a while. I mean its all well and good to lets us know how youa are going with everything but the negativity about somethings are just so crappy. NO wonder this thread has gone dead.

I know i am guilty of doing me posts, just depends what mood i am in or if i have something valid to say.

And please Im really not up to starting with anyone about what i just said. If you want to address me about it please do it via pm cause i dont want tit for tat crap happening i just want people to sometimes care alittle more about others.

removed post as I was annoyed with myself for takign offense to your post Nessa and posting about it here

if you have a problem why dont you PM the person/persons rather than bringing it up in here

    ok enough said

Rach- I am sorry you cant concieve without help but i am not going to stop talk about my pg because of that. This is family forum that focus on being pg/ Babies and TTC.
If the comments regarding being pg hurt you so much maybe its best if you stick to the TTC section. I dont know. I didnt have to go through the pain of not being able to concieve.
Dont think i am telling you to go away as im not. Def NOT. Its really hard to word it the way i want to.

All i was saiyng was i wish that it was more active in here but its hard when alot of posts dont provoke interaction (good interaction)

    I dont want another girl/boy
No one has said that. I think if given a choice 99% of women would chose the sex of thier child. Preference does not mean you dont want.

And now what I am saying makes no sense cause you edited your post Rach
    narky comments get to me
    gee thanks

I am going to say this here rather than in a PM because you brought it up nessa

yes I must admit lately I have been a bit about me but you know what we all go thru these fazes I went very quiet in this thread for a long time

why is it ok for others to make comments such as I am so over being pg, I dont want another girl/boy but when I start comign out of my shell again .....comments like your post come out if you read back over our previous threads you will find this happens alot

but seeing as it is such a problem for you I shall refrain from commenting about my life

the reason I didn't PM this is because I dont want my words twisted

anyway I apoligise for not doing personals

ness I have never said I was angry or upset with any of you being pg I wish I was as lucky as many of you but am I not allowed to say I am jelous etc

so because of this I should stick to the TTC forums well perhaps the comments about being tired of being pg etc should stay in the pg forums seeing as this is about our sept buddies

I give up I thought we were all adults but at times it is obvious the age difference between everyone

so thats all I ahve to say

hope you rall having a good day becuase I am not.........and I am now going to be one of those that say cya for now

thank you for all your support over the last 17 mths I wish you well

I've had such a full on morning, and I've only been awake for 2 hours!
Heath had to go back to the specialist today. Since his op last year, the problem hasn't gone away. He forgot to take the previous ultrasounds with him, so he rang me just as me and Nina were getting out of bed to say 'can you bring down, NOW!'. So I had to literally throw some clothes on Nina and myself, throw her into the car and go down there. They've given him another lot of medication to try. This medication causes infertility while taking it, so luckily we're already utd and not ttc. The specialist doesn't even know if it will get rid of the problem, and it could take a few months to see results. Plus he said with all the problems he's had/having with his testicles, it's advisable for Heath not to get a vasectomy later in life as it would cause too many problems for him.

Yesterday I went over to a girlfriends place, and Nina was playing dress ups with her 5 year old. Nina was putting on little high heels and ballerina skirt and walking around the house. She looked sooooo cute! I should have taken some pics.

I meant to say this week, happy 18 months to Xander, Eithan & Nina!!! I can't believe they're 18 months old already!

nessa - I have been MIA from this thread lately. Partly because I've felt there was nothing to contribute, and partly because I'm going through a rough patch emtionally and haven't really felt up to chit chat. But I'm feeling heaps better emotionally the past couple of days, so hopefully I can get on a little more. But I do understand what you're talking about.

kel - wow, I can't believe they told you not to give Jesse a biscuit that you had bought from home. I would be trying Meg's suggestion of saying he has allergies.

vixstar - great to see you and Bailey are doing so well.

I have to run, someone at the door. bbl.

ETA: Ach, took too long to post! Not quite sure where age comes into things Rach? And Jodi!! Poor Heath, no vasectomy hey, you gonna be the old woman who lives in a shoe? (I hope you know that nursery rhyme, otherwise I sound nuts.) That's great that emotionally you're feeling in a better place!

Hehe, let's all point and laugh at Ness the crazy lady talking to herself.
(by the way Rach, you're more than welcome to edit your posts, it's just makes me giggle how now Ness looks like a crazy lady. You crazy lady you Ness. Suppose we'll keep you though. )

Kell, that's FLOPPING ridiculous about that playcentre's food policy! What if your child had a food intolerance/severe allergies or something? Surely she's not allowed to do that!! Hope you chase it up mate, keep us posted.

Meg, what Rach said, you should be able to see people's posts under your reply? Just keep scrolling down, and all will be revealed...
And what a pain about this morning. Does your dh get a sleep-in often? Sure hope he thanks you for it!

Laurin, have a brilliant reunion with your dh! How long has it been since you've seen him? Are you mostly unpacked now, or has all the illness set you back?

Now, what else was I going to say...how are our lurkers?? Pop in, pop in! Update us!
Anna, how are you and Xander? Have you had much of a chance to terrorise your neighbourhood on your bike recently? Or decorate a cake?

Annat, how's Ripley going? How are you adjusting to two?

Annie, how's the work/life balance going for you? Happier now?

Uh oh...I'll stop there, cos I'm going to end up just forgetting one person, and that won't be cool. So, everyone else, I'm thinking of you, get your motherly butts in and update!

We had our first playgroup today, Mum took Riv last week when I was sick, but we went this week. Pretty cool, he's VERY into anything that spins, and there were enough spinny-type toys to keep him amused. Pretty tiring though, he's down for a nap, and I'm resting on the bed.

I should pack my labour bag today hey...

You got air con Ness? Or a local indoor pool? What icy poles have you been eating? Have you tried the Bee Movie ones? I think they're called Bees (surprise!). They're coke and pineapple flavoured.
Oh, and try freezing some yoghurt in small containers...mmm...
