 everyone thought I would check in an say hiya

all is good here, Jack had his 18mth check and is 13kg and 84.5cm so a nice big boy he passed all the bit and bobs the only thing is apparently I dont spend enough time building towers or tellign him the parts of his body glad child health clinic is now a thing of the past

we ended up not getting the chicken pox vaccine he will either have it with his 4yr needles or the year after but definatly before he goes to school ...

meg big :hugs: for your mum, Jack has thing with his belly button but nobody will look at it till he is 2 yrs poor J

    Caddie go milanna

Amber :hugs: for colic with Tiarna and hope you start feeling on top of everything again soon

not a lot else happening had a absolutly excellant day, my friend is on school holidays so been spending time catching up she can round yesterday with her little man so Jack and little girl had a great time playing with him..then today Jack myself, and her and her boy went out for brunch to a little chocolate/coffee shoppe we have here, we spent 2 hrs gas bagging away and I have to boast OMG Jack was the absolute best just sat in his stroller chatting away and flirting with anyone and everyone, I felt a bit bad for my friend as her fella was being quite bold I hate when people say to their kids why can't you be like so and so etc, but he was tired so it was ok...tomorrow mums group are coming here, theres only 5 of us now and 3 are pg with #2

as for TTC we are plodding along only have the chance to use clomid once more before RE wants us to look at other options he said if we aren't pg by june he will get us to come in for more testing do another SA on Jase but have IVF clinic do it as their labs are better I told him we dont want to go IVF he said there a few other avenues we can explore etc its not necessary

anyway hope this finds everyone well

meg- we went to teh kooweerup settling school last week...it was informative in settling a baby.. but for a baby with reflux ..it didnt really help much.. they did however change my maternal nurse for me and talked to me.. they were very supportive and lovely.

    Hi Rach!!

    Happy three monts Mat.

Ambz - This is a million times better than settling school. They have paed's on astaff as well as psychologist/psychiatrists. They work with the bub, and the mum. I was admitted under maternal exhaustion. and J was admitted with reflux. So we were both patients there. As we have private health insurance, it was covered under that. I swear, it was the BEST thing that I could have done. I really implore you to call them if you have heath insurance, and get yourself in there.

    Hi girls

Thanks for your thoughts. And thanks to those who have PMed me, Im sorry havent had time to reply yet, have not been around much and very tired also.

I havent been around as I havent been doing so well and also Julia's been having issues at daycare, she got bitten im so mad with daycare at the moment. My OB appointment was moved twice and had to fit that in also.

AMBZ - hon, I understand what you are going through. The most important thing is hon with Zoloft is you start on a low dose and stay on it for at least 2-3 weeks before upping the dose, how much are you on? I started on 1/4 of a tablet (1 tablet is 50g) for 2 weeks then upped to 25mg, was ok on that for 4 weeks but as soon as I upped to 50mg I had really bad side effects that went on for 3 months and I was suicidal, so keep a journal every day how you are feeling hon and make sure you take it at night time not day or morning as the side effects are worse. I take mine before I go to bed and miss most the side efffects, im on Ciprimil (Cetalapram) still an SSRI like Zoloft. Im so sorry that Tiarna is not well it must be a really anxious time for you, im sorry you have to wait for her to have an appt too. Will pm you with some more details hon, and strategies on how to cope through the anxiety...thinking of you The place Meg mentioned sounds really good and supportive, when you are ready check them out hon.

Meg - thinking of you re your mum, my aunty went through that too, sending you support hon.

Have to go now girls, im really tired.

Caddie - big claps to Millana - gymnastics is great for them - I used to go to gym when I was a kid and loved it so much.

Meg - you have lots happening at the moment with your Mum and J - I hope both the operations go well for him but you have your big trip before then. Great your Mum has you to cook up some yummy meals for her and you are there there for her

Ambz - man you need some big hugs hun, you are going through alot at the moment, it is hard enough dealing with a newborn without all these other issues, your body is still recovering and the sleep deprivation wears you down. The place Meg recommended sounds good, it would be great if you can get to see them so they can help you out. It is horrible seeing your little one in pain, hugs.

Rach - great to see you back in here, sounds like Jack is doing fabulously and is little charmer, well done to him for being such a good boy so you could relax a bit with your friend.

Belle - I ready in another thread about Julia being bitten at child care, poor little girl, it must be hard for you to have to deal with this, it is a tough one isn't it, I am not sure what I would do if it happenend to Rylee, a mothers first instinct is always to protect their child and remove them from the situation, so good luck with this.

Maz - Happy Birthday to your beautiful little man Matueaz!!! congratulations to you both on this wonderful journey so far.

Okay had a nice day, went to Play group and then went round to a girlfriends for the afternoon - all good!

    Have a nice evening.
