Thanks everyone for their thoughts. I really appreciate it. It's good to know I'm not loosing my mind.

I plan to bring this up through mediation b4 CSA. I'll fill you in on the outcome. In the meantime, like I've always done.. I never count on or budget the child support as the money is unreliable and not for me anyway.. it's for our daughters up-bringing.. the same up-bringing that we would have provided her if we were together.

To me, its about living up to moral obligations and committments.
