BW - surely even if there are protocols, your clinic can individualise depending on your body's response to medications. I know the first time I took provera, I took one tablet for 10 days, AF arrived the next day. The second time, I took 2 tablets for 10 days, and AF didn't arrive for about another 8 days from memory, so more is not always better or more effective. I feel for you hun Long cycles are so frustrating, especially when they seem to delay TTC when you know you're not pg ... I had a 108 day cycle once which nearly drove me absolutely bonkers!
