Thank goodness you have been diagnosed (though I am very sorry to hear that you have this disease). Putting on weight when you are looking after what you eat must be depressing, and BJ's difficult spell must be many times harder for you when your body is running well below the level it should. My closest friend has the same thing. Luckily her meds have stabilised it and she lives a normal life (I think pg becomes higher risk with hypo though - sorry to scare you, though I'm sure you've been reading about this). I hope you are lucky and your meds just work immediately for you. No wonder you've been feeling poorly; it must be a relief (in a way) to find there is definitely something wrong with you.
