Hi Jess, Oh poor little Bella. As for cleaning her arm, what about just using a warm flannel to wash the area's that are unplastered. Make sure you keep the plaster well covered and protected when bathing her too. Perhaps just a plastic bag around her arm either tied on with a rubber band or some tape ???
