Hey ladies,
What a wonderful day. This rain in bliss, I hope it continues to fall. Our new house is an old qld'er and the sound of the rain on the tin roof, is beautiful.
Well after uming and aring about trying Jack on a little farex with BM, we did it tonight. I talked to my doc about it at his 4 month check up and she said that he could be ready. If he was showing interest in us eating and he was starting to wake earlier during the night, he might need a little more to fill him up and to satisy him. So after a week of changing my mind, I caved in. And needless to say he loved it, I only made up a little maybe 1-2 teaspoons, and he eat the whole lot. Didn't spit it out, like some babies will do if they aren't ready. He just gulped it down, and was wanting more, but Ididn't dare give him more. But I will continue to give him just a teaspoon at our dinner time, so he can sit with us all at the dinner table satisfied. It was so cute, we ate our first family meal together. DH, I and the two kids. Charlee had a great time, looking over at Jack. Memories, will last forever I think.
Sacha, Jack doesn't so much whimper cry just sort of yelps, makes me giggle to myself. But I'm with you, I'd hate for him to have a nightmare. I wonder what kind of nightmares they would have???? Maybe an empty booby, or a killer teddy, I wonder. I wonder if they can remember being born?????
Em, yey on Tom having some money in his bank account already, what a nice thing for your dad to do. Isn't it a shocker about the bindeez toys. Who would believe that they would be making kids toys with drugs, what is this world coming too. LOL about the crack heads buying them for a quick fix!!!
Bec, lol at Xaviers farting in his high chair. DH must be very proud, I know mine is rather pround of Jacks stinky ones. Men, wierd creatures aren't they.
Hi to everyone else. I can't remember what everyone wrote in the other thread, sorry. Hope you all have a lovely day anyway.
I'm starting to get scared about my foot surgery next thursday. I'm a little bit excited about having a foot I can walk on properly again, but I'm a little anxious with how I'm going to deal with the kids afterwards. I'm lucky my mum is going to come and stay for a couple of nights afterwards, but after that DH leaves for Japan in a weeks time, so I'm nervous it won't be fully healed by then. I guess there is no point me worrying about something I can't control, right?
Anyway take care all.
