I agree the ambulance ppl are so calm and they just ask away and you just want to scream down the phone JUST SEND IT ALREADY!!!

Do you have a neighbour or friend closeby with a capsule you could borrow? I'm sure you will feel better once you can see FIL yourself. XXX and
