hello back from a lovely day out... beach was lovely water was cold but it was nice relaxing on the sand Asha has a little tent type bassinet with fly screen someone gave us so she lay in that most the time very cute!!! still doing well with the new formula still bit refluxy but deff less pain n unsettledness so fingers crossed it keeps going!!!!
how much weight did ppl lose on average in 3 weeks??? dp thinks ive lost too quickly n is a bit worried about my eating patterns i think... ive lost 12kg in 3 wks what do u think???
