    For anyone following the plan, I don't actually mention it, but there's no oil to be used in the stir fry except for the spray can of olive oil - just a quick spray - if things start sticking - use water.. lol

    Oh and a thing that devastated my DH last night - no sauces on the meats either...



    And of course, no butter on the toast...

    1kg is great Amy!!! The recommended weight loss is 1kg per week - so thats fantastic!!

    My weigh loss - 1.9kg
    DH's weight loss - .9kg

    (now you guys have to remember, i just had a baby - lots of my weight loss is fluid - not fat off my butt unfortunately)

    I lost 300grams but apart from this threat and cutting down on coke etc, I have only just started losing

    have no idea how much I have lost since we dont have scales (if any).Maybe my shorts are looser but I dunno. Went for a big long walk for nearly an hour yesterday with Selena and today we are going to drive to a rainforest park thing and go for a walk through there, I'm looking forward to it!

    Good on you Amy for losing a kilo, thats heaps for someone your weight

    Lea - sounds like a nice place to walk. i was going to take the kids for a walk this morning but she actually slept and i didn't want to wake her up cos she has a cold.

    of course its too bloody hot now

    Well I haven't weighed myself this week yet. But I've been good. perhaps having too much ceasar salad!!!

    But mangoes for brekky, yum!

    Mollycat - Thanks for the advice, I had coke zero last night with lots of ice and it tasted not too bad. I noticed the difference but the difference was nowhere near as bad as diet coke.

    good on ya Kaz! Pretty much everyone seems to have been having some success so far. I have been walking or riding everyday, even if its short I am getting my bum moving. The only thing about living in Nth Qld is the heat. Its already starting to get too hot to do any exercise during the day outdoors so its either early in the morning (I dont do that well) or in the afternoons. I enjoy the afternoon walks but with shift work its hard because sometimes I'm working a morning shift and sometimes a late, another reason why I cant join any team sports...even if I had good coordination lol. Been eating quite well, sitting here having natural yoghurt for brekky, late I know but I get there eventually.

    Giz - I have no scales either, have to go to work for that and have to wait til nobody is around lol

    well I weighed myself last night at work and have lost 2 kilos! I am very happy with that. I thought my clothes seemed a little less fitting lol. Had a nice brekky of fresh pineapple and probiotic natural yoghurt. Does anyone know if you can eat that yoghurt during pregnancy? Just thought it would be a good way to ward off the dreaded thrush most women get during pregnancy. Been drinking plenty of water too, I really fell the difference when I do that, apart from the trips to the toilet lol, it makes me feel better like everythings functioning better, well it feels that way anyway lol. Got home last night from work and we realised we a house inspection today so here we were cleaning at 1am! Not the ideal thing to do. Selena was on night shift too so was sleeping but the real estate insisted on checking that room. Nobody understands what its like to be on night shift unless they have done it themselves, how would she like it if someone came and did a house inspection at 2 or 3 in the morning when she had to go to work in the morning grrr! Thought that was so rude. Jeez, I really cant wait til we get our own place!
