    I don't take any supps Cher - I am suppose to take VitD because I'm deficient but never remember I don't normally hate PT... just at the moment. I'm struggling big time. A bit of internal conflict happening.

    Well done on the cooking and cleaning! Wanna come clean my house?

    I took DD to the local market and park this morning. Now she is asleep on the couch and I'm looking for new workout tunes on Itunes. I'm downloading some nice "angry" songs which will serve well at Tuesday's session Just have to remind myself to not get too engrossed and over do it or I'll pass out!

    hehehe MotherGoose... No I will just stick to my house lol it was way overdure for a clean (i'd been pretty slack)...

    Well so far so good! Day 3 of calorie counting and I am enjoying it again.... it can be my new little obsession instead of charting! (which will happen again as soon as this bleeding stops!) But I am feeling good about it and I know I did a good workout on Sunday because my butt was really sore yesterday and today Gee i didn't think I would be so excited about it I am going to try and do a workout tonight too if I feel like it when I get home at around 7pm, if not I will def get one in tomorrow YAY

    Glad the calorie counting is going well!

    I just got back from PT. Man I'm sore. But it isn't a good sore. trainer and I had a good chat about some stuff. I was miss negative today. He figured I was cranky when I walked into the gym with my music blaring in my ears!!! I'lll get there. BUT, I lost a kilo last week! That is just shy of 7Kg lost so far!!!! WOOT! I have to buy new work pants now because old ones keep falling down

    That's fantastic MG!!!! 7kg wooohooo Iam the opposite way... I had to buy clothes to fit into because I am larger now BUT when I loose weight I will have clothes to fit into... I will probably want new ones anyway though heheheh. Well done and stick to it honey

    AFM another great day of calorie counting but no workout for me.... I will do one tomorrow. I'll be happy if I get in 34- workouts each week

    YAY I just did a workout.... Only 30mins but still a decent workout with weights and a 10 min walk with a couple of slow jogs to get my heart rate up... So chuffed with myself I would normally be getting ready to go to bed around about now so to get motivated to do a workout was just bloody good heheheh

    Well done!!!! Good for you Cherished! I just had a shower after another workout too! I did another 30 min with jogging as well!!!

    Thanks MG how much weight have you lost now? You must really be powering on too! BTW your quote on your signature is one of my fav sayings I'm a big one for 'action' which is another reason why this weight challenge is so hard for me! Internally I am struggeling with the my brain and the reality of my body Anyway I am on the right track today and I am happy that I 'actually doing it'
