YAY I just did a workout.... Only 30mins but still a decent workout with weights and a 10 min walk with a couple of slow jogs to get my heart rate up... So chuffed with myself
I would normally be getting ready to go to bed around about now so to get motivated to do a workout was just bloody good heheheh
