Don't worry so much Cherished - if you've been calorie counting for a long time you become like a human calorie calculator anywayI don't check and add up my calories anymore (too tedious) but I not mostly just know what the caloric equivelent is and seem to do a rough total for each day anyway - it becomes habit. Really strict calorie counting can be draining and obsessive so it's worth a break and seeing if something else works, and if it doesn't work out, you can always go back to doing what you were doing.

I should have more confidence in myself shouldn't I
I'm feeling good and haven't gone off the rails so I am sure that the decision to stop counting wasn't due to emotionaly wanting to pig out!


so motivation is hiiiiiigh for a good monday weigh-in.
I always wonder if on the biggest looser they net 1200 (woman) or if they are netting 0 iykwim? I did post the question on the biggest looser forum but no-one answered
surely they are netting 1200?
