We're going through Sydney IVF & the FS said that legislation had changed and that it was illegal to bring sperm in from US, apparently that was only a very recent change. He also said they were very short on sperm - they "only have 2 samples left in the clinic" that they can use as it's also illegal to use unidentified sperm now too.

I mean, I haven't investigated the change to the legislation, but he'd know more than me so I haven't questioned it.

After the FS told us that, I've been telling everyone I know that they should donate. Such a shortage would be devastating to those in need.
