Yeah, I found that my right side is MUCH more flexible than my left. And with my inner thighs still feeling monday's class, I looked pathetic trying to get my knie to my shoulder!! But I really LOVE doing ab exercises. I think it's because when I started going to the gym, I could not even do 10 crunches!! I still can't get my legs (while holding them straight) in the air while laying flat on my back, BUT I am working towards it!!




You should probably streach before doing this
