I remember my first tape, it was The Nolan Sisters ("Dont' make waves" oooh) and my sister had Bucks Fizz AND the coolest of the cool, Michael Jackson's Thriller, just as a single. PMSL Before that we had my mum's old portable record player (waaaay cool) and some funky records singles - Splish Splash I was having a bath (on a bath-shaped record, how cool was that), we had "It's a small world" that Nanna brought back from her trip to Disneyland (sung in 10 different languages on the B track LOL) and I also had a Helen Reddy single. Aaah the 70s were such a great time to be a kid!!!

DD calls records "those big black CD things" ! She was born after the advent of mobile phones. How times have changed.
