Ahh I started on the contraceptive pill two days ago and already I feel ill!

We had such a nice day today, the three of us went for a walk along the river & stopped to push Maddie on the swings. I love family days at the park! We also went to a second hand book shop and I picked up Annabel Karmel's complete guide to feeding a baby and toddler in brand new condition for $10, along with a few Sandra Brown novels for myself I have no idea how much the AK book is brand new but I like to think that I got a bargain!

Arte - Oh no I hope they arent staying for too long! I know exactly how you feel. Yes I know what you mean about changing nappies yourself rather than letting DH. On the very few occassions that DP has changed a WET nappy, he doesnt put the nappy back on properly and it leaks. I guess he needs more practice, maybe its my own fault for taking over too much. I wish Maddie would stay awake till 8.30!! She is so on the dot, in bed by no later than 7pm thanks very much. Sometimes if she isnt settling she makes it to 7.30 but boy is she grumpy. She has always been this way, I wonder if its my own fault for letting her go to bed so early? Its working anyway I guess.

Cally - I have been trying my hardest to be in bed by 9.30 at the latest for the past couple of nights, its so hard. I feel better though from the early nights. Only bummer is Maddie has been waking up around 2.30ish and is up and down from there onwards till 6am, so just as well I'm having early nights!

MD - Lmao Thriller is the best! One of my firsts was also Kylie like Clare. I also had Madonna like a prayer!!
