Unfortunately Emc2, they can and do
If you google 'contact child under 12 months family court', transcripts of judgements will come up whereby Judges have ordered it.
Eta: not saying it happens often mind you!
It's not just to do with breastfeeding.
Under 12 months, I don't think any judge would order overnight stays away from the main caregiver.

Hi - sorry in my other life this is my research area - the family law is being reassessed in this regard as there's a great deal of evidence that shared custody under a certain age and especially in a conflicted situation is detrimental to children. I'm happy to provide research links </nerd>.
HotI - Hi! Lol. I haven't brought anything up with hijm or contacted him first in a while, except to tell him that the hospital appt. went well.
I had heard that under 12 months overnight and unsupervised visits are not usually granted. And I would hope this especially applies to someone who can't even take care of himself right now :-(
someone else said it...make a diary of EVERYTHING. ever text, call, threat. even if you do nothing with it, if you need it if he does take some sort of action.
he wouldnt have a lag to stand on. hugs to you that you have to deal with him being such a tool!!
