Oh NO Ali!I remember your sitch clearly and have been wondering how that arrangement was going. How many rent payments did/do you have to skip so that you can pay for that water heater (which I don't think you should have to pay for either!) That is why people RENT so they can be content in the knowledge that if anything goes wrong they won't have to foot the bill. And like I said before SHE can probably claim the expense, given that it's an investment property, on tax but YOU can't! Hmmm, anyhow
