I am having a week from hell, and are just stuffing myself to get me feeling a bit better. Every morning I am getting up thinking - TODAY, you silly little girl, is the day that you DON'T eat everything you see.
And before you know it, I am munching away on rusks!! Damn this boss of mine that thinks the way to a woman's heart is throught rusks *sigh*
So far today I had: two wheat biscuts with 2% milk, Pink cereal with 2% milk (that makes breakfast twice!!) and just finished a toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwitch with a pineapple water. That does not sound to bad thought ... hmmm. Maybe just a salad for dinner? or some pasta and tomato-base sause? Ohhh that does sound good.
Just feeling bloated, because AF is due on Monday and I have this enormous sweet cravings just before AF.
*thinking if chopping off hands would do any good, maybe tie behind back*
