If you’ve been thinking of having a baby, then there’s a product that might help to make things a little easier – especially as there is only a small window of opportunity in which you can conceive each month.
Maybe Baby ovulation test, is a mini microscope that helps you pinpoint the days when you’re most likely to conceive. It’s the clean, accurate and non-invasive way to keep a close eye on your ovulation cycle.
Focus on ovulation with Maybe Baby
In 1957, scientists discovered that increased oestrogen levels, in the three to four days prior to ovulation and the two to three days following ovulation, could be detected in saliva. The hormone causes a fern-leaf pattern to form on slides, which can be seen through a microscope. Of course, very few women have a microscope at home so this method of predicting ovulation has not been readily accessible.
Until now. Maybe Baby saliva ovulation test is a mini microscope that allows you to take this test anytime, anywhere!
How does Maybe Baby ovulation test work?
Maybe Baby works by creating an image of your saliva based on the level of oestrogen in your saliva. By viewing the magnified image of your saliva you can determine how likely you are to conceive.
Simply place your saliva on the ovulation test mini microscope, let it dry, then check it in the viewfinder.
It’s that easy! Plus you can re-use the same Maybe Baby tester day after day, cycle after cycle, until you get your good news.
Understanding ovulation and the female fertility cycle
Ovulation is the fertile time of your menstrual cycle. It is only during the period around ovulation, when one or more eggs are released from the ovary, that you can fall pregnant.
How does ovulation determine when I can fall pregnant?
In order to fall pregnant, you need to have sexual intercourse during the period around ovulation. Knowing when you ovulate can increase your chances of falling pregnant.
When am I most likely to conceive?
Highly Likely: If you have intercourse 1 day before to 1 day after ovulation.
Likely: If you have intercourse 2 to 3 days before and up to 1 day after ovulation.
Not Likely: If you have intercourse 4 to 5 days before ovulation and more than 1 day after ovulation.
How can I tell when I’m ovulating and therefore most fertile?
In general the average cycle is 28 days with ovulation on day 14. However your body is unique and so is your cycle. The best way to determine your most fertile time is to chart your cycle and learn to spot the signs that ovulation is imminent.
By monitoring your saliva every day with the Maybe Baby ovulation test microscope, you can chart your body’s cycle. Based on this you will know when you are approaching ovulation.
