8 Awesome No-Nasties Products Your Body Will Love

Isn’t it a great feeling to come across an amazing health or body product that you love?

You know the type I mean. One that solves your problem quickly and works exactly as it says on the tin (or tube, or box…) and isn’t tested on animals.

And doesn’t it feel even better when the product loves you right back? When it contains no ‘nasties’, and is actually good for you and your family?

I am not normally a huge purchaser of body and beauty products. But looking at this range, I could spend a fortune in just a few minutes. That says it all.

I’ve been converted. I’ve ditched my old products that have hidden (or not so hidden) nasties in them, and switched to ones that don’t.

Here are my eight favourites:

#4: Grants Mild Mint Toothpaste

Around 12 months ago I decided to switch to a fluoride-free toothpaste. More accurately, it was a toothpaste without any nasties, including sulphates.

Not only do I have all my teeth, and no cavities, but I can say (with a smile) I have become a huge fan. I tried a few fluoride-free toothpastes in the past. Babies should always be kept out of the sun. And if your baby is under six months of age, please check with your doctor before using any products.

Some sun exposure – outside the peak heat period, and times of searing heat, of course – is important for our general and emotional health, and the health of our immune system.
