Some mamas find that they aren’t in the mood for sex when they’re looking after a new baby, but for those who do want to indulge, finding the time can be a challenge.
Tasha Maile, a vlogger and mother-of-three from San Diego, has set the internet alight by admitting that she makes love to her husband whilst breastfeeding the couple’s son.
The clip, which was originally uploaded in 2015, has gone viral again after Maile spoke out to defend herself.
The video, shared on Maile’s YouTube channel, has been viewed over 3 million times. In it, she explains that her three-month-old baby wouldn’t let her put him down which left very little time for sex. Opening up about sex while breastfeeding, she says:
“I’ve had a lot of people ask me if it’s ok to, like, breastfeed and have sex, and stuff. And from what I remember, I remember sleeping with my ex-husband and my son was on me breastfeeding, and we would have sex from behind or something. There’s nothing bad about making love at all, ever.”
The video attracted a mix of comments with some users criticising Maile for having sex in front of her baby. Maile recorded a new video to hit back at trolls, explaining:

“First of all, if you actually listen to the video, it’s about how my three month old would not allow me to put him down, at all, so he was attached to me 24/7 and he was also using me as a binky at night, so we did it while he was sleeping next to me or on me. It had nothing to do with my child, my child was not in the act of what we were doing, if that makes sense, he was not involved in it. He was there, sleeping, not involved in it.”
It’s a controversial topic and one that has split the internet into lovers and haters. Maile has received plenty of comments calling her disgusting but also lots of comments in support of what she says.
