Mocktail Recipes | 10 Fabulous Delicious Drinks

Mocktails are a non-alcoholic mixed drink dating back to the early days of the cocktail age, it was designed as a temperance drink, and became popular during prohibition. The mocktail recipe is made like a cocktail style beverage without alcoholic ingredients, making it an alternative and safe drink for children and pregnant women.

Under current health guidelines, pregnant women are advised to avoid alcohol for the duration of their pregnancy. That means, all parties, barbecues and special occasions and events are alcohol free.

However, that doesn’t mean you cant enjoy yourself sipping tap water while the rest of the party gets tipsy around you.
